1. launch system preferences and go to accessibility

2. scroll down in the left hand pane to dictation

3. enable enhanced dictation command

4. in the box below enter the first part of the phrase you wish to use to invoke Siri. If you wish to use hey computer then

just put hey (try not to put hey Siri as otherwise you will accidentally call Siri on nearby iPhones)

5. click the button at the top marked dictation command

6. click the + button and in the first box enter the second part of your command so in this example it would be computer

7. in the next box leave it set to all applications and in the last box choose the option launch application

8. choose Siri.app

9. click done

now when you close system preferences and say the phrase hey computer it will launch siri

Now we can go a step further and use this thinking to shut down the mac.

1. launch system preferences and go to accessibility

2. click on dictation

3. click on dictation command and click the + button to create a new command

4. in the first box enter the phrase shutdown my mac (or whatever phrase you wish to use)

5. in the next box leave it as it is

6. in the last box choose press keyboard shortcut and enter a keyboard shortcut not used by other apps, I chose

control-option-command-p

7. then click done

8. go to system preferences and keyboard then shortcuts

9. click app shortcuts at the left hand side at the bottom and click + to create a new shortcut

10. leave the first box as it is and in the next box named menu item enter 'Shut Down...' (without the quotes)

11. in the last box enter the keyboard shortcut you created in step 6 and then click done

12. close system preferences to enable it to work

now when you say the first part of your command to call Siri (e.g. hey) the computer is put into listen mode then when you say shutdown my mac (or whatever phrase you use) Sierra will then press the keyboard shortcut that shuts down the mac. You should see a dialog box appear asking you if you wish to reopen pages when logging back in, if you do nothing then it will time out when the counter gets to zero, or you can hit enter

there is a way to go further but it involves creating a automator workflow as a service and using applescript to invoke a terminal command to shutdown without asking for confirmation first.
